Naomi A. founded Isla 787 Productions to tell stories that challenge traditional narratives and amplify voices often left unheard.
With a background rooted in storytelling and a passion for emotionally driven, socially resonant work, she approaches each project with both creative vision and strategic intent. Her work centers on complex characters, layered themes, and stories that confront power structures with honesty and nuance.
Through Isla 787 Productions, Naomi continues to develop film and television projects that are bold, purposeful, and deeply human.
Naomi has a deep passion for storytelling and a commitment to elevating diverse voices in the film and TV industry. As the founder of Isla 787 Productions, she is dedicated to producing projects that celebrate culture, authenticity, and meaningful narratives. Her work blends creativity with purpose, aiming to inspire and connect audiences worldwide through impactful storytelling.
Naomi’s journey from Puerto Rico to Los Angeles showcases her passion for creating impactful narratives and making a lasting mark in film and television.

Wolfgang Vladimir Palencia
Director of Development & Creative Lead
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Wolfgang Vladimir Palencia is a writer, director, and producer with a background in Audiovisual Communication and a Master’s in Screenwriting. He began his career at Villa del Cine, contributing to six feature films before relocating to Los Angeles. He has since directed 10 short films with international festival recognition, written over 130 scripts, and debuted his play Legalmente muerta at the Brisk Festival finals. He is currently developing a television series.
Leads creative development and story strategy across film and television projects, shaping narrative vision from concept to production.
Producer & Head of Creative Strategy
Astrid Salas
Venezuelan actress based in Los Angeles, known for her strong theater background and passion for storytelling. She began her career in Venezuela’s leading theaters and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. At 21, she became editor-in-chief and CEO of her own newspaper before relocating to LA to pursue acting. Now a SAG-AFTRA member, she works in film, TV, theater, and is expanding into film production, focusing on stories about women and the Latino community.
Oversees production strategy, marketing, and external communications, supporting creative development and representing Isla 787 Productions in key meetings and partnerships.
